If you’re a new patient you will receive a link via text and email to our portal- please fill out all forms before coming into your appointment.

If you are unable to get into the portal please arrive 20 minutes early and we will gladly assist you.

On the day of your appointment simply walk in and talk to a team member. We will take care of the rest!

We do! Typically, parents bring their children in around 1 year of age. Once they have teeth we can give them the same care and attention as an adult.
